Megan Fitzpatrick

Megan Fitzpatrick is a woodworker, writer and editor based in Cincinnati, Ohio. A former editor of Popular Woodworking Magazine, Megan is now the publisher and editor of Rude Mechanicals Press, editor of The Chronicle for the Early American Industries Association and a freelance editor for Lost Art Press and Mortise & Tenon Magazine. Alongside her publishing and teaching work, Megan builds furniture and tool chests rooted in traditional woodworking practices and hand-tool techniques.

Megan Fitzpatrick will be joining LIWF 2026 to deliver a course and masterclass, as well as joining the LIWF Marketplace on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October.
